I have previous experience as a full stack web developer with Marsh McLennan, a Fortune 500 company. In my studies I have worked as a researcher studying chatbot linguistic usage, autonomous vehicles, machine learning, and computer networking.

Software Developer

Marsh McLennan | Phoenix, AZ

July 2021 - August 2022
  • Developed full-stack web applications, in the insurance sector, generating millions of revenue for customers such as Tesla, Amazon, Polestar, Liberty Mutual, and others
  • Identified and fixed security vulnerabilities for over 1,000 libraries on multiple live applications using Snyk
  • Implemented unit testing for code verification and validation, leveraging tools such as DataDog and SonarQube
  • Wrote Python scripts for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline with Jenkins
  • Spearheaded a team initiative to implement modern web practices in agreement with Web Accessibility, to meet guidelines on 10 deployment applications and all future applications with WCAG 2.0 Standards

  • Designed and implemented conversational AI chatbots utilizing IBM Watson to study natural language processing (NLP) in customer service applications; collected conversation data to improve chatbot interaction
  • Conducted live and virtual studies of human-chatbot interaction to understand language usage and preference
  • Developed various Python scripts for data analysis, data automation and task automation
  • Implemented website powered by PHP, HTML, and JavaScript that hosted 2 chatbots for A/B testing. Chatbots interacted with by over 180 live study participants to research register usage and human-chatbot interaction
